In the event of a potential MATERNITY CLAIM

In order to make a claim for Maternity reimbursement:

Complete a VanCare reimbursement claim form and include;

  • Details such as the Full Name of the Insured, claimant or dependent whichever is applicable with their VNPF number and date of birth
  • Submit original receipts and invoices to VanCare.
  • Breakdown on receipts, diagnosis should be shown on the claim form.
  • On receipt of the above, then VanCare will process the claim further.


Note: Please ensure that your premium is kept current and up to date, as we cannot process any claim where the premium is in arrears.
