Optical/Dental

In order to make a claim for Optical Care or Dental care
  • The member must provide details such as the full name of Insured, claimant or dependent whichever is applicable with their VNPF number and date of birth
  • Submit original receipts and invoices to VanCare
  • Breakdown on receipts, diagnosis should be shown.
  • On receipt of the above, then VanCare will process the claim further.
