Personal Accident
In the event of a potential PERSONAL ACCIDENT (PA) CLAIM
In order to make a claim for PA:
- Obtain attending doctor's report with detailed medical report to include the claimant's name, details of injury and treatment, hospitalisation details (if applicable) doctor's remarks and prognosis.
- Obtain a letter from employer confirming Insured is disabled and cannot carry out his/her normal duties (if Insured is employed).
- On receipt of the above, then VanCare will process the claim further.
Note: Please ensure that your premium is kept current and up to date, as we cannot process any claim where the premium is in arrears.
